“Kazmir Shuts Down Sox Again”

That is what the headline in the sports section of your local paper will be saying on Wednesday morning.

When Tampa Bay plays the Red Sox on 8/13, they will send young Ace Scott Kazmir to the mound.

Anyone who owns Kazmir in any league should listen to this bit of advice: “PLAY HIM!”. In his career, Kazmir has 13 starts against the Sox compiling a 5-3 record and a 2.55 ERA in 77.2 innings. This year alone Kazmir has an ERA of 2.25 in 12 innings against Boston.

Boston proved on Monday night that the offense is not alive yet since its return to Fenway Park. Even in a game against young pithcer James Shields, who has an ERA of 6.17 since the break, the Sox could not put on an offensive show.

All these elements add up to a great start by one of the game’s rising stars. Don’t hesistate, put him in your lineup for tomorrow’s game right now!
