Jon Lester vs Edwin Jackson

Jon Lester (4-0, 4.47 ERA) is coming off of two good starts. Edwin Jackson (4-14, 6.00 ERA) is coming off of two bad starts.

Course as I watch Lester’s recent success doesn’t mean anything, as he has allowed 3 ER already in the 1st inning. He has allowed 3 hits so far. Previously in his career Lester has held Tampa Bay to a .188 average.

Luckily, Boston has hit Edwin well in his short career. He has a 5.87 ERA and has allowed a .295 average against Boston.
