Tom Brady’s fumble on the one yard line and Trent Edwards’ near safety cost the Patriots two timeouts from challenges.
Brady QB sneaked towards the goaline with the Pats trailing 7-3 but was stripped of the ball. On the ensuing play, Bills backup QB Trent Edwards nearly stepped on the back line of the endzone. The Pats forced a punt and now have good field position.
The Bills defense has been up to task so far, holding Randy Moss catchless.
On another note, Bills rookie LB Paul Posluszny has left the game with a broken forearm.
