Vrabel Fined

Mike Vrabel has been fined $5,000 by the NFL for an unnecessary roughness penalty against the Browns. Vrabel allegedly pushed a Brown towards the quarterback when Derek Anderson was attempting to spike the ball near the end of the 34-17 Pats win. Vrabel has said he will appeal the fine.

My Take: This is a non-story in my mind. With the big game looming this Sunday, I’m sure Vrabel will keep his focus on containing Tony Romo and Marion Barber III.
