Bonds Indicted!

Home Run King Barry Bonds has been indicted by a federal grand jury for perjury and obstruction of justice charges. The indictment stems from a four year investigation on the involvement of performance-enhancing steroids in baseball.

Bonds had testified that he had never knowingly took steroids, denied taking steroids during the 2001 season when he set the single season home run record, that he had never taken human growth hormone and that he had never been injected with steroids by personal trainer Greg Anderson.
