Smith Guarentees Victory vs. Unbeaten Pats

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Anthony Smith (who?) has guaranteed victory against the 12-0 Patriots this Sunday at Gillette. In the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Smith (who?) said, “We’re going to win. Yeah, I can guarantee a win.”

The second year safety from Syracuse has 75 tackles and three interceptions in 25 career games.

Response has been limited from the Patriots so far, but when asked about it, Pats safety Rodney Harrison responded, “Never heard of him.”

  1. Steelers have the best chance of beating the Pats (just look at the rest of the Pats’ schedule).

*By the way, Anthony Smith has 75 tackles in 28 games (2 years)

  2. Actually he only played in 13 games in 2006. I looked up the stat but somehow wrote a one instead of a two! My apologies.
