Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has been named Sporting News Magazine’s Sportsman of the year for 2007.
It’s the first of many honors to be placed on the former Michigan star for his amazing season in the NFL this year.
Brady stands just five TD passes shy of breaking the single season mark of 49 held by Peyton Manning and quarterbacks only the second 14-0 team in NFL history. An NFL Offensive Player of the Year and MVP shouldn’t be far behind.
