McDaniels Not Going Anywhere

Patriots offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniels released a statement last night pledging his loyalty, for now at least, to the Patriots and head coach Bill Belichick. Here is the statement:

“I am very grateful for the chance to interview for NFL head coaching positions but I have decided not to pursue those opportunities at this time. I plan to focus all my attention on our postseason preparation.”

McDaniels, 31, had his name come up in national media in the past few days while discussing the open head coaching positions in Atlanta and Miami.
