like I said in the article, it indicates how well the team does with that player on the floor. So if Ray Allen played 35 minutes, and his team outscored the opposition by 25 while Ray was on the floor, he would have a (+25) rating.

Just curious, what are those (+20, -23) numbers next to each player. I see them on the Yahoo box scores but have no idea what they mean.
