Yankees Find Ortiz Under New Stadium

David Ortiz sure looks like Babe Ruth here...

The rivalry between the Yankees and Red Sox spilled over from the games and onto the construction site. Red Sox fan, Gino Castignoli buried a David Oritz jersey into the cement foundation of the new Yankee Stadium. Would this act of ill-intent backfire on the team and specifically on Ortiz who is hitting under .100 this season?

Tune in to the rest of the season to find out.

  2. You wish Ortiz would hit under .100 for the whole season. I can’t believe the Yankees dug up the new stadium just to get the jersey. So ridiculous…

  3. You do have to admit it was also a ridiculous act to have done something like that in the first place. If a Yankee fan buried a Ruth jersey under Fenway, there would be hell in Boston too.

  4. HAHA! when would that ever happen. It would be a good thing…meaning there would be a brand new stadium in Boston!
