OF Moss Has Appendectomy

Boston Red Sox outfielder Brandon Moss had an appendectomy at Massachusetts General Hospital on Saturday night, one day after hitting a solo homer to spark a victory.

Bot Thoughts: The surgery should keep Moss out of action for a little while. He has been playing well of late and it should serve as another blow to the Sox OF. I don’t see the Sox trading Coco Crisp anytime soon.
