The Atlantic Coast Conference will send a NCAA-record ten teams to bowls this during this postseason. BC will attempt to win its ninth consecutive bowl against Vanderbilt in the Music City Bowl while Florida State will try for its twelfth straight bowl win in the Champs Sports Bowl against Wisconsin. The ACC only has nine bowl tie-ins, but secured a vacated slot in the Papajohns.com Bowl for NC State.
Virginia Tech, by virtue of its Championship Game win over the Eagles, will represent the conference in the Bowl Championship Series against Cincinnati in the Orange Bowl. The National Championship will feature impressive Florida against dominant Oklahoma, the strongest offensive team in NCAA history. The full ACC lineup is below:
