Stallworth Drunk During Fatal Accident

Former Patriots wide receiver Donte Stallworth was reportedly drunk when he hit and killed a 59-year-old pedestrian in Florida last weekend. Sources said his blood alcohol level was between .08 (the legal limit) and .16.

Stallworth reportedly could face DUI manslaughter charges, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 15 years. His lawyers are said to be negotiating a plea deal.

Reaction: What was Stallworth doing intoxicated at 7 a.m.? It surely must have been a late night.

It’s infortunate that a man’s life was lost because of Stallworth’s completely irresponsible actions. Because he’s an athlete, it’s unlikely he’ll spend much time, if at all, in prison.

  2. This is horrible somebody died because this star chose to drink and drive. And thanks for coming down here to FL to do your partying and drunk driving, scumbag.

These stars make me sick. Why did he do this? I don’t want to hear any crap from him about addiction or anything. Don’t just let him get probation or alcoholism treatment. Send his sorry ass to prison for years.
