Video: Jack Edwards Compares Bruins Win to Revolutionary War

NESN play-by-play announcer Jack Edwards can say some interesting things from time-to-time in the announcer’s booth, but his rant as Phil Kessel scored the empty-net goal in Monday’s win against the Canadiens has to qualify as one of his strangest moments yet.

Edwards likened the Bruins to the colonial Bostonians from the 1600′s who fought off the British (the Canadiens). I see his point about the two cultures…but the Bruins are heavy favorites and are winning in the series, unlike the colonial Bostonians… Anyway, without further ado:
