UConn’s DE Cody Brown to the Cardinals

Connecticut is having a draft field day, landing its fourth prospect in the NFL, just one behind USC’s five picks so far.  The latest pick was the penultimate selection of the second round, going to Super Bowl runner up Arizona Cardinals, who look to improve their defense to complement their explosive offense.  Brown, who hails from Coral Gables, Florida, is a 6’2″, 242 pound senior and will be charged with getting to the passer.  He had 22 sacks in college, including 10 last season.  He also recorded over 50 tackles each of the last two seasons, including at least 33 solo in each campaign.
