Video: Big Baby’s Game Winner and More Whining from Orlando

First, let’s watch Big Baby’s awesome game-winning shot again:

Now to the latest plaintiff: according to the Orlando Sentinel, the Magic have reached a new low. First we had Rashard Lewis complaining about post-game celebrations, now we have a Magic fan and his dad complaining about Big Baby bumping into him after the game-winning shot:

Earlier today, he [the Kid's dad] said he sent an e-mail to the NBA league office complaining about Davis’s shove — who many thought to be an accident.

In the e-mail, Provetti said Davis conducted himself like a “raging animal” with no regard for fans’ personal safety.

“The NBA makes it clear to not cross the sideline,” he said in a telephone interview. “If I cross that line, the NBA will take away my tickets. It’s a double standard.”

You can be the judge yourself from the video. The kid was in the way. It was a slight bump, what’s the big deal? Aren’t kids usually happy when they get to see NBA guys up close? Isn’t that the whole point of throwing down the big money for the court-side seats?

Move along.
