Patriots Sign Patrick Pass

The Pats added to an already deep backfield today with the signing of Patrick Pass. Pass played for the Pats from 2000-2006 and won three Super Bowls. He has amassed 1,096 career yards from scrimmage and four TDs.

My Take: It’s tough to say what kind of impact this will have. With so many options at running back, it may be tough to get Pass some touches. He may be used on special teams and as a blocker.

  2. If you’re going to play football, why not have a name like Patrick Pass? That’s like a golfer named John Putter or a hockey player named Adam Puck.
