Bill Walker Returns to Celtics

Bill Walker just got an early Christmas gift. After a successful nine games with NBA D-Leage Maine Red Claws, the swingman has been recalled to the Celtics to add depth. Walker will join the team for its trip to Orlando.

Walker missed most of training camp with a torn meniscus. In nine games for the Red Claws, Walker averaged 17.4 points and 6.4 rebounds for a team who had a seven-game winning streak at one point.

Stay tuned as Sports of Boston will be on hand for at least one Red Claws game this weekend!
