Video: Paul Pierce Punches Referee During Game 4

If you were watching Game 4 of the NBA Finals, which the Celtics won 96-89, you may have remembered a particular Paul Pierce layup during the first quarter. After Pierce hit the basket and heard the whistle that sent him to the free throw line, he pumped his first in celebration. The problem was, his fist pump hit the referee under the basket square in the jaw. It had me laughing out loud when I saw it live…and thanks to the wonderful YouTube world, you all can now enjoy it.

(This is the best video quality out there that I’ve seen…so please disregard the corny music that goes along with it)
