Did Brett Favre Sext Jenn Sterger?

With a Monday Night showdown looming between Brett Favre’s Vikings and his former team, the New York Jets, allow us to revist the Favre “sext” saga. Don’t know what sext means? Here’s the definition from the wonderful folks at Urban Dictionary:

To send suggestive text messages back and forth. Like cybersex, but with text.

While with the Jets in 2008, Favre apparently developed a serious interest in sexual relations with Jets employee Jenn Sterger. And seriously, who could blame him? Well, there’s a few things wrong with that. He had been married since 1996 (Sterger was 12 years old), and currently is a grandfather.

Deadspin acquired a few voice mail messages and explict text messages of a man’s penis allegedly sent by Favre to Sterger. If you’re going to watch the video on Deadspin’s page, there’s some NSFW content toward the end. They’ll have a more detailed disclaimer there.

If you listen to the voice mails, it’s pretty clear that it’s Favre’s voice (or some really good impostor), and if you watch enough, you get the impression that Favre actually sent explicit pictures of his penis to Sterger. Really, is that what women go for? Is that they want to see?

At a press conference last week, Favre refused to address the photo rumors.

“I’m not getting into that. I’ve got my hands full with the Jets.”

So there you have it. The NFL is reportedly investigating whether or not Favre sent the explicit messages Sterger and at least two other women. If he did and he gets suspended, does that officially end his ironman streak?
