The Patriots concluded their draft by selecting TCU’s cornerback Malcolm Williams.
Williams is known for his special teams play, as he has seen very little time defensively. Williams is the second TCU player the Patriots drafted Saturday.
With the draft complete; New England added the following players to its roster:
Round 1: Nate Solder, OT, Colorado
Round 2: Ras-I Dowling, CB, Virginia
Round 2: Shane Vereen, RB, California
Round 3: Stevan Ridley, RB, LSU
Round 3: Ryan Mallett, QB, Arkansas
Round 5: Marcus Cannon, OG, TCU
Round 6: Lee Smith, TE, Marshall
Round 6: Markell Carter, OLB, Central Arkansas
Round 7: Malcolm Williams, DB, TCU
