Jerry Remy Sick Update: RemDawg Has Pneumonia

Jerry Remy (Image from bostonnightclubnews.com)

UPDATE: Jerry says he should return to the NESN booth by Monday, May 16th.

Jerry Remy continues to be out of the NESN booth, and on Monday the RemDawg revealed why. He has pneumonia, he announced in a tweet.

“Doctor just confirmed I have a bit of pneumonia-suggested we get it under control before doing #RedSox game-it’s day by day I guess-Jerry”

Obviously, it’s discouraging news, but it’s good to know that the doctors know what they are dealing with. Get well soon, Jerry!
