It was a heck of a round, and it featured the 2011 NBA Playoffs’ first Game 7, just hours before the next round begins. LeBron James finally exorcised his post-season Celtics demons. Chicago’s huge season has them on a collision course with said James. The Thunder took care of business, albeit in longer fashion than many expected. And the Lakers imploded, taking Phil Jackson’s career with them.
Surprises and expectations went largely hand-in-hand for the SoB picks. As a result, first and last places are once again separated by just three points. But for the two of us that had the foresight to expect Miami’s victory, we’re leading the narrow pack at the moment. Except for a few Bulls picks and a Thunder, everyone was caught off guard by how long each series would last, regardless of whom the winner was expected to be.
So check below to see how everyone fared. And stay tuned momentarily for everyone’s picks for the ultimate Final Four.
