Video: Johnny Boychuck Slapshot Hits Steven Stamkos in Face, Causes Broken Nose?

Lightning winger Steven Stamkos was the recipient of a hard slapshot to the face in the second period off the stick of Johnny Boychuk (the puck was redirected off the stick of Martin St. Louis). Stamkos is a hockey player though, and remained in the game despite a disgusting deep gash on his nose.

Despite the heroic return, Stamkos and the rest of the Lightning failed to score in a 1-0 loss in Game 7.
