The NBA Finals are here, and even though the Celtics aren’t in it, it’ll be fun to watch. The Miami Heat, with all the hype surrounding them all season, made it to the NBA Finals, and will have a chance to hand LeBron his first ring. Opposing them are Cuban’s Crew, the Dallas Mavericks, hungry for a first title of their own.
Here at SoB, the Heat are favored to win behind home-court advantage, though not unanimously by any means. Either way, the series is predicted to go at least six games. Beyond that, it’s just a matter of who the MVP will be, though there is only one choice for those who believe Dallas will emerge victorious.
For the Finals, all points are doubled! That means picking the series winner is worth four points, while picking the series length and the MVP of the series are worth two points each. Guessing how many points Miami’s Big Three of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will combine for throughout the NBA Finals (above or below) is to be used in the event of a tie.
So be sure to tune in for some fun basketball to end the season, and check below to see how we all think it’ll turn out.
