Reward Offered To Bruin Who Drank Lone Amstel Light at Foxwoods

Amstel Light

No one parties harder than hockey players, as evidenced by last week’s wild Bruins celebration at Foxwoods, in which the B’s racked up a bar tab of more than $150,000. The tab included a $100,000 bottle of champagne, 136 Bud Lights, and several orders of hard liquor.

Also included was just one Amstel Light for $6. Which Bruin drank the light beer imported from Amsterdam? Well, Amstel Light is looking for that player.

In the press release, Amstel Light said it would provide free bar for the player’s day with the Stanley Cup and at a Canada Day or Independence Day barbacue.

“We want to reward the Bruin who ordered the Amstel Light to recognize him for making a great decision,” the company said in Tuesday’s press release.

So, who do you think bought the lone Amstel Light? David Krejci? Nathan Horton? Mark Recchi? Any guesses? Do you think they’ll come forward?
