Patriots Announce Opponents for 2012 Season

We may just be in Week 6 of the 2011 season, but the Patriots announced its opponents for the 2012 season yesterday.

The team released the news on their Twitter account — @realpatriots.

Here’s the list of home games for New England next season:

San Francisco 49ers
Buffalo Bills
Arizona Cardinals
Indianapolis Colts
Miami Dolphins
New York Jets
Houston Texans
An AFC West team (based on 2011 final standings)

The AFC West, and AFC North (as you will see below), team will be contigent on how the teams finish in 2011. For example, if the Patriots finish second in the AFC East they will play the team that finished second in the AFC West and AFC North.
