ESPN Sports Nation Bet On Patriots-Jets Game Controls I-91 Billboard

Sports Nation Taking Jets/Pats Feud To Next Level (Courtesy ESPN)

Patriots and Jets is synonymous with the word rivalry. The personnel switching from entity to entity over the years (and in some cases switching back…again) make this feud that much more compelling.

Consequently, fans take great pride in victory and agony in defeat. Sports Nation hosts Colin Cowherd and Michelle Beadle are taking this concept to the next level..

Located in the middle of this sports war is poor I-91. The highway runs through the equator of the Patriots/Jets fandom: Hartford, Connecticut.

Beadle (who supports Gang Green) and Cowherd (who is a patron of the Flying Elvis) made an interesting wager: The winner of the first place battle in the Meadowlands Sunday will determine what will go up on a massive billboard ESPN has leased. It is not known what each plan to use their new-found advertising space for, but knowing the intensity of this rivalry — one can only imagine..
