Video: Kevin Garnett Shoves Knicks’ Bill Walker
As if the absent Paul Pierce, the technical fouls and the terrible defense weren’t enough to dishearten Celtics fans on Christmas Day, they now might have to imagine a Celtics roster missing both Pierce and Kevin Garnett.
After missing a game-tying jump shot at the end of Sunday’s loss to the Knicks, Garnett got into a shoving match with shooting guard Bill Walker:
The move could easily draw a suspension from the NBA. In this shortened season, Boston simply can’t afford to lose both Garnett and Pierce for even a couple of games.
