2011-2012 NFL Expert Picks Results

The Patriots and Packers finished with the #1 seeds, but do they both have what it takes to meet up in Indianapolis? (whdh.com)

It was a wild and exciting season, and the playoffs are now upon us. San Francisco was a big surprise for most everyone. So was Indianapolis, for that matter, but for a different reason. Philadelphia’s “dream team” fell flat, while Baltimore finally got a division title under their belts, thanks to a sweep of arch rivals Pittsburgh.

Everyone knew the Packers would do well, but few saw them as being the best team in the league. The Texans made the playoffs for the first time ever, while we get to see a rare feat of one division sending three teams to the same postseason.

But I’m sure you’re all wondering how all this affected those of us at SoB (in red [and SoNY, in green]). So without further ado, the winner of the 2011-2012 NFL Pick ‘Em is… me! How did I do it? Being the only one to pick both #1 seeds and which one would be better correctly did the job, and being the only one to foresee San Francisco winning the NFC West sealed it. Others made their runs, but I’m the better football analyst this time around.

So be sure to check below for the complete results. And check back on Saturday as we’ll present this year’s playoff picks.
