Let the Tim Tebow-Katy Perry Dating Rumors Begin!

Seriously, let them begin! Anything that distracts Tim Tebow ahead of his Saturday night clash with the Patriots.

According to OK Magazine (I know, a gossip magazine isn’t technically a credible source, but bear with me here), Perry’s parents want to hook their daughter up with Tebow, a good Christian boy.

“Katy’s mom firmly believes the best cure for heartache is to quickly fall in love again,” says the mag.

As you may know, Perry recently split with actor Russell Brand after a 14-month marriage. But, would she really go for Tebow? I know Perry was raised in an extremely strict Christian household, but I think it’s safe to say she has strayed from that a bit.

Tebow, meanwhile, is by all accounts sticking to his faith. In other words, he has not eaten the forbidden fruit as of yet. He’s waiting until marriage, which is perfectly fine. But… is it fine for Perry?

The real question is…would Perry go for me? I’m a nice guy and I’m not Russell Brand, so that’s a start right? A guy can dream.

OK, that’s it for my uncharacteristic gossip article. Ugh. I feel dirty writing it. Saturday night can’t get here fast enough.
