NBA Store Selling Thunder ‘Beat The Heat’ Shirts…Before Celtics-Heat Game 7

Beat The Heat Shirt (NBA Store)

The Celtics already should be inspired to win Game 7 Saturday night in Miami after an awful Game 6 loss, an amazing show of support from the TD Garden faithful and the fact that this truly might be the final run Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce together.

But, leave it to the NBA Store to give Doc Rivers even more bulletin board material.

For a time on Friday, the NBA Store was selling Oklahoma City Thunder “BEAT The Heat” shirts. That’s great and all, but the Heat still have to win the Eastern Conference Finals Saturday night against the Celtics to qualify for the NBA Finals against Kendrick Perkins and the Thunder.

Toucher & Rich took a screengrab from the site before the shirts were pulled offline Friday night.
