The video features a montage of highlights including two of the most memorable moments from the 2012 playoffs; Kevin Garnett‘s knuckle push-ups in the Eastern Conference Finals and the TD Banknorth Garden crowd chanting “let’s go Celtics” with three minutes left in a 20 point blow-out loss to the Miami Heat.
The team posted the video with the following thank you:
From all of us at the Boston Celtics, thank you to the best fans in all of professional sports for an amazing 2011-12 season.
