The Boston Celtics introduced rookies, Jared Sullinger, Fab Melo and Kris Joseph to the Boston media on Monday at the Jackson/Mann School in Allston.

The Celtics will look to develop the young big men behind Kevin Garnett in the coming season. Garnett will be entering his 18th NBA season.

Sullinger’s Ohio State Buckeyes stormed through this spring’s NCAA tournament before losing in the Final Four to Kansas. Melo and Joseph were key players on a Syracuse Orange team that spent a good part of last season ranked #1 in the country. In last week’s NBA Draft, the Celtics took Sullinger 21st, Melo 22nd, and Joseph 51st.
