Red Sox Trade Lars Anderson to Indians for Steven Wright

In addition to trading for lefty Craig Breslow, the Red Sox also made one other small move, sending minor leaguer Lars Anderson to the Cleveland Indians for knuckleball pitcher Stephen Wright.

Anderson had some success up and down in the organization, but being a first baseman, he was largely blocked by Adrian Gonzalez for a crack at the big leagues on a regular basis.

Wright, meanwhile, is 9-6 with a 2.49 ERA in 20 starts for Double-A Akron this season.
