Tyler Seguin Nearly Struck by Foul Ball During Speed Dating

This past Wednesday, Boston Bruins star Tyler Seguin attended a Lowell Spinners and was nearly struck in the head with a foul ball.

Seguin was at the game as a part of his promotional speed dating, where young female fans had the opportunity to meet the player for a few minutes at a time throughout the game.

However, a with Seguin’s back to the field, a foul ball was laced directly towards his head. Luckily for Seguin and the Bruins, Spinners vice president Dan Beaulieu was seated nearby and managed to block the incoming ball with his phone, which was destroyed.
