Tim Tebow Tweets His Thanks to the Patriots

You have to hand it to him – the kid’s got spirit, and I’m not talking about the religious kind (though he most likely has that too). After being released by the New England Patriots on Saturday as part of the final cuts to get down to the 53-man roster, Tim Tebow wouldn’t let the news get him down, at least not on his Twitter account. The highly-debated quarterback tweeted his thanks to “such a classy organization,” and vowed to keep working to return as an NFL quarterback. He may not have been the right fit on the field, but it’s easy to see from his tweets how the good Christian man would have fit right in as a class act himself.

Good luck, and Godspeed, Tim Tebow.
