The League Championship Series are about to begin. It’s a pair of #1 vs #3 matches, with Boston taking on Detroit and the Cardinals against the Dodgers. All four teams are loaded from top to bottom, which will make for an exciting final four to say the least.
A rebuilt Boston squad is the favored team among our experts, while the jury is out on the Cardinals/Dodgers winner. If the Sox do advance, they’ll either have a rematch from 2004 (their first title in 86 years) or face a Dodgers squad with plenty of familiar (and perhaps not-so-welcome) faces.
As before, picking the winner of a series is worth two points, and guessing how many games the series will last is worth one point. In addition, with MVPs being included in each series, guessing the MVP of each series is worth one point as well.
So with that in mind, check below for the complete pick set. And be sure to come back once the World Series is set for the results.
