Aaron Hernandez Allegedly Threatened to Kill Guard

Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been indicted on two first degree murder charges in the shooting deaths of two men in 2012.

Looks like former Patriot Aaron Hernandez just cannot keep himself out of the rumor mill. According to reports from TMZ Sports, Hernandez is currently under investigation for allegedly threatening to shoot and kill a guard at Bristol County Jail. This incident allegedly occurred sometime late last year when the guard put a stop of Hernandez’s antics of attempting to get more food.

According to the reports, the guard and Hernandez definitely were not friends. According to a former inmate who was cell neighbors with Hernandez, Hernandez was noticeably loosing weight and had been scheming for a while different ways to obtain more food. Apparently, Hernandez had pulled his schemes one too many times and the guard was fed up with his antics and finally put a stop to Hernandez’s schemes. This must have pissed Hernandez off as he supposedly threatened the guard.

However, this report has been refuted by the former inmate when he was questioned by investigators. During questioning, the former inmate adamantly denied any reports that Hernandez ever threatened to kill a guard but did add that Hernandez once called the guard a “bitch” during an argument.

The former inmate was also asked by investigators if Hernandez made noises similar to those of a “machine gun round” to the guard and if Hernandez had ever made statements threatening to “kill the guard and shoot his family.”

Hernandez was “written up” over the incident according to the investigators although the former inmate was adamant Hernandez never made any of threats. Calls to the County Jail were not returned.
