Patriots, Robert Kraft Named in Lawsuit Against Aaron Hernandez

The Patriots and Robert Kraft have been named in a wrongful death lawsuit against Aaron Hernandez.

The suit is related to the South End double murders of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado, according to WBZ.

The attorney representing the victims’ families wants more than $3 million owed to Hernandez from the Patriots.

The Patriots are reportedly not commenting on the lawsuit.

Earlier this week, we learned that courts want the Patriots to hand over all medical records for Hernandez.
