Seymour Lost for Six Weeks

All-pro defensive end Richard Seymour was placed on the regular season PUP list yesterday, meaning he cannot return until at least week 6.

Seymour did not attend a single practice during training camp while recovering from offseason knee surgury. The Patriots usual tight lipped stance on reporting injuries has masked the growing problem of not seeing Seymour in any action.

In his absence the three man defensive line will consist of Ty Warren, Vince Wilfork and Jarvis Green.
