Patriots OL Nick Kaczur has cut a deal in his upstate New York drug case. Yesterday he pleaded guilty to speeding in exchange for putting his misdemeanor drug charge on hold. Kaczur, 28, paid a small fine and will have the drug charges dropped if he doesn’t get arrested in the next six months.
Kaczur was pulled over on April 27 and had more than 200 Oxycontin pills in his vehicle.
In other Pats news, second round pick Terrence Wheatley has inked a deal, leaving first round pick Jerod Mayo as the only unsigned player from the Pats 2008 draft. Shockingly, terms of the deal were not released.
