The playoffs are finally here. And the Red Sox aren’t in it. Well, at least the Yankees were relegated to the Wildcard spot, where they haven’t had much success in the past. And the Phillies managed to wind up as the best team around. The Reds and Giants finally made it back in, and we here at Sports of Boston have sort through the mess to bring you our thoughts on how things will turn out in the annual MLB Playoffs Pick ‘Em.
All eight of us are going with the Rays to win, and seven are going with the Phillies. The Yankees are the next most likely team to win, while the Wildcard Braves are the favored team to move on. Sweeps aren’t the biggest prediction out there, but there are a few, so watch out for them.
So how is all this going to work anyway? As usual, a correct series winner pick nets two points, while a correct series length nets one point. It’s sure to be an interesting first round, so check below for our picks:
