John Henry reportedly fell on his yacht Friday night and had to be hospitalized. He did not attend a scheduled news conference following the departure of Terry Francona as a result.

According to WBZ NewsRadio 1030, Henry waked off the yacht with a neck brace on before getting into an ambulance. He was taken to the hospital from the dock near the Boston Harbor Hotel.

The fall happened while the yacht, the Iroquois, was on the water.

Larry Lucchino said he expects Henry to be just fine.

  1. He came down with a case of J.D. Drewitis. Way to sham the meeting. Kinda funny how he’s the new Dan Snyder.
