The Boston Celtics thanked their fans for their support during the team’s 2011-2012 season and playoff run with a video published on YouTube today. The video features a montage of highlights including two of the most memorable moments from the 2012 playoffs; Kevin Garnett‘s knuckle push-ups in the Eastern Conference Finals and the TD Banknorth Garden crowd chanting “let’s go Celtics” with three minutes left in a 20 point blow-out loss to the Miami Heat.

The team posted the video with the following thank you:

From all of us at the Boston Celtics, thank you to the best fans in all of professional sports for an amazing 2011-12 season.

Even though it was an incredible ride, this video really makes me upset that the season is over. Celtics fans can only hope next season is as fun as this season was. Let’s go Celtics!
