For those of you Boston Celtics fans who have thrown in the towel on the regular season and are looking forward to the NBA playoffs in a little over a week (!!!), I don’t blame you. A likely first round matchup with the New York Knicks is much more enticing than the prospect of Doc Rivers carefully monitoring the minutes of Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce in an all-but-meaningless, 101-93, loss to the Brooklyn Nets.

That said, you would have missed Brandon Bass unleashing a vicious two-handed slam over All-Star center Brook Lopez, the slightly less goofy of the Lopez twins (which is to say he doesn’t resemble Sideshow Bob as much as his brother Robin).

Wait, what were we talking about? Ah yes, Brandon Bass. Dunks. Small moral victories as the Celtics limp to the finish. It’s the Boston Celtics winding down the regular season in typical fashion.

On second thought, I’ll pass on those shares, Jay-Z.
