Ryan Mallett to be Traded to Texans? We’ll see…

Ryan Mallett

Might the Houston Texans be involved in a trade with the Patriots for quarterback Ryan Mallett? According to several (sometimes conflicting) reports, the Texans are interested in trading for Mallett assuming they draft Jadeveon Clowney with the No. 1 pick in Thursday’s NFL Draft.

Bill O’Brien, Mallett’s former quarterback coach and offensive coordinator in New England, clearly has a connection to the Patriots quarterback. Approaching his first season as Texans coach, O’Brien has only Ryan Fitzpatrick, Case Keenum and T.J. Yates at the quarterback position, and could use an upgrade.

Would you support this trade?
