With any luck, Kevin Love will be shaking hands on the court with a different #9 - Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo. (Photo courtesy of NBCSports.com)

If Kevin Love simply visiting the city of Boston was enough to set Celtics fans’ hearts aflutter, the sight of Love shaking hands with Rajon Rondo is liable to lead to a full-blown coronary.

Well, hopefully you have a CPR kit handy, because that’s exactly what happened with both NBA All-Stars taking in Sunday’s game between the Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park:

Hopefully the next time the two are shaking hands it’s after connecting on a pick-and-pop on the TD Garden parquet floor. Is that too much to ask?
