Patriots to Wear Throwback Uniforms at Home Against Jets

After opening the October part of their schedule out west against the Oakland Raiders, the Patriots will wear their old-school uniforms against the New York Jets when they return to Foxboro.

The red uniforms were last worn on Thanksgiving of last season when they defeated the Lions in a 45-24 rout, which included a perfect passer rating from Tom Brady. They were also seen last year in a Halloween win over the Minnesota Vikings, which featured the return of Randy Moss to Foxboro.

The Oct. 9 game this year against the rival Jets will be the only appearance of the throwback jerseys.

Do you like seeing the Patriots donning the red or do you prefer the blue and silver?

  2. The Patriots never should have changed their uniforms. The silver and blue are horrible. They changed the culture. That was all they needed.

  3. Can’t beat the old uniforms. That uniform is the true and only Pats uniform. Red white and blue need I say more. Also the Patriot symbol is the one and only true symbol.
